Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Developers & Actors Discuss Characters, Locations, Gameplay, & More [UPDATED]

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Venom

Today Marvel released a video with a nice chunk of the Marvel's Spider-Man 2 panel at San Diego Comic-Con.

The panel features Senior Creative Director Bryan Intihar, Senior Game Director Ryan Smith, Senior Narrative Director Jon Paquette, and Senior Art Director Jacinda Chew on the development side, alongside Marvel Games VP & Creative Director Bill Rosemann.  We also get to hear from quite a few members of the cast including Yuri Lowenthal (Peter Parker), Nadji Jeter (Miles Morales), Laura Bailey (Mary Jane Watson), and Tony Todd (Venom).

The discussion includes several aspects of the game, like the locations, which have been extended compared to the original game and Miles Morales. We even get to take a quick look at Aunt May's house, which will be available as a location in the game, You can see it below.

We also hear about the characters, and some details about the gameplay, and what we can expect when we swing around the game's version of New York.

Speaking of actors, we hear quite a bit from Tony Todd, who portrays Venom in the game. He talks about his take on the character, alongside a few anecdotes from the recording of the voice-overs.
