Today publisher Playism hosted another of its Playism Game Show news livestreams, including some interesting reveals and updates about its games.
If you're unfamiliar with Playism, it's known for focusing mostly on the Japanese indie scene and on other indie games with a similar style.
We start with the announcement that the popular visual novel Gnosia by Petit Depotto is coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and the Microsoft Store on December 14. 2023.
Another console release comes for Team Ladybug's Metroidvania, which will release for PS5 and PS4 on January 25, 2024.
Next is the first look at the pixel art roguelite deduction game Invitation from the Detective Grim Reaper by Shizu Kano Umi. No release date has been announced, but it's coming to PC via Steam.
Next we get to see the reveal of Journey Record by Kochi Create, which is coming to PC via Steam in 2024.
We then get another new platform announcement with Kouri's Ib coming to PS4 and PS5 on March 14, 2024.
Another super-cute pixel art game was revealed by Adventurer's Tavern, and it's the maid adventure game Maid Cafe at Electric Street, coming to PC via Steam in 2024.
And if you're wondering, the titular "Electric Street" isn't Akihabara in Tokyo, but its historical rival, Nipponbashi in Osaka.
Lastly, we get to see a trailer of Refind Self: The Personality Test Game by Lizardry, coming to PC via Steam, Android, and iOS in November 2023.
