If you're a dedicated Diablo 4 player, are you hardcore enough to give it your blood? And I mean your real blood.
Starting today, to celebrate the new Season of Blood, Diablo 4 players in the United States are encouraged to visit any blood donation center in the country, donate their blood, and then log their contribution on the campaign's website.
The campaign will end on November 30.
This will gradually unlock in-game rewards, but you shouldn't worry if you don't live in the US.
The rewards will be distributed to all players on November 22, regardless of where they live and whether they donated or not.
That being said, if you want to participate in spirit, you can certainly donate your blood anywhere in the world and "earn" your new gear. Lord Zir would be most pleased.
The goal of the campaign is to harvest 666 quarts of blood. At 33%, the campaign will unlock the weapon cosmetics portrayed above.
- Dagger: Bloodpetal Anlace
- Axe: Bloodpetal Sever
- Necromancer Focus: Bloodpetal Heart
- Sword: Bloodpetal Blade
- Druid Staff: Bloodpetal Bludgeon
At 66%, we're getting the Loch Raeth Maor Barbarian Armor Cosmetic.
At 100%, we're getting a mount (the Vermilion Eye Piebald Mount which you can see below), plus the ability to enter sweepstakes for a... human blood-infused liquid-cooled PC?
That's a little weird, but it's for a good cause. I suppose. Rules for the sweepstakes will be shared when it's unlocked.
