After a successful launch on PC and Xbox One, Blair Witch will be making its way to PlayStation 4 on December 3rd, 2019.
Blair Witch puts you in the role of former police officer Ellis. When a boy goes missing in the woods he and his trusty dog Bullet join the search, hoping to uncover what happened to him. Along the way, they run into trouble. What kind of trouble? Well, the kind of trouble that you'd expect from something set in the Blair Witch universe. Armed with little other than a camera, a phone, and a flashlight, the duo needs to try and find a way to survive, and maybe discover what happened to the missing kid along the way. The game came out back in August to generally favorable reviews, including one from ourselves, and good sales.
In addition to the PlayStation 4 release, the game is getting some DLC in the form of the "Good Boy Pack." It will give you new games to play on your cell phone, new skins for Bullet the trusty dog, and more animations for Bullet with the goal of making him "more realistic." It'll be bundled with the PlayStation 4 version, but there's no word on if it will also be free with the Xbox One and PC version. There will also be a physical release, with Blair Witch launching physically on both consoles and PC sometime in the future. The physical release will be bundled with the Good Boy Pack.
Blair Witch is currently available on PC and Xbox One. The game will launch on PlayStation 4 on December 3rd.
