The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, a DLC to the Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, has been delayed to sometime later this year, or around a 1-2 month delay.
As seen in this Twitter post from Edmund McMillen, the developer who created the Binding of Isaac, Super Meat Boy, The End is Nigh, and The Legend of Bum-Bo, it looks as though that it's going to be an extra few months for those who have been waiting for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance:
Repentance dev is picking up speed again, cutscenes and music are nearly done most of what’s left is bosses/enemies and remaining items ported from antibirth. Our goal was end of summer but it’s looking like there may be a 1-2 month delay on that at this point.

Other news includes news on Mewgenics, which was originally Animal Crossing meets Pokémon but now it's more along the lines of Pokémon meets Final Fantasy Tactics. The Four Souls 2.0 Kickstarter will also be delayed until the end of the year, and The Legend of Bum-Bo now has a "new small team working on PC updates and console ports. He also has kid #2 two months out, so best of luck to him on that front.
If you're curious and have never checked out The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, now would be a good time due to the Steam Summer Sale that is currently ongoing. It's 50% at $7.49, so for the cost of a few burgers you could give it a go.
