Today Koei Tecmo had plenty of reveals to make about its upcoming free-to-play Atelier gameAtelier Releriana: Wasure Rareta Renkinjutsu to Goku Yoru no Kaihou-sha

First of all, we get a brand new trailer for the game, that still doesn't have an official release date, albeit we already know that it'll release in 2023 for iOS, Android, and PC via Steam, with the PC version coming at a later time.

The trailer focuses on introducing the cast that we'll enjoy alongside the protagonist Lesna, including new characters like the amnesiac fighter Valeria, her partner Heidi, the merchant Flocke, and the former sailor Lanze.

You can watch it below.

Yet, as you may very well expect, the game includes a metric ton of characters from previous Atelier titles, like Ryza from the Secret Trilogy, Firis, Escha & Logy, Ayesha, Totori, Rorona, and more.

During the livestream, which you can watch below, we get to see plenty of gameplay including gathering, battle, and collaborative alchemy, which lets you combine the ability of your favorite alchemists to create plenty of items.

The game appears very deep, and it comes with plenty of story content that can be enjoyed without being bothered by stamina limitations.

At the moment, an English localization has not been announced, so we'll have to wait and see whether we'll be able to enjoy Atelier Releriana in the West.

In other Atelier news, the latest game, Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg, was just released last month, bringing back the original game of the series.

We also heard that Ryza's beloved trilogy shipped over 2 million units on its own and propelled the franchise to 7.5 million units shipped across its lifetime. I'll let you guess who will likely be the most popular character in Atelier Releriana.
