How to Unlock Cooking in One Lonely Outpost
You will automatically unlock Cooking in One Lonely Outpost after a few days pass. Your mom will send you an e-mail with the C35 Cooker Blueprint and a recipe. Once you have it, you can Craft the C35 Cooker in your Ship's Fabricator and place it outside of your home.
How Cooking Works
The Cooking system is fairly simple in One Lonely Outpost. All you need to do is ensure that you have the correct ingredients for a recipe and interact with a placed C345 Cooker outside of your Ship. Cooking takes place instantly; there is no wait time involved.
Cooked Food is often one of the requirements to meet the weekly Food needs of your Colonists, so it's definitely worth placing a C35 Cooker on your Farmstead as soon as you can.
How to Unlock More Cooking Recipes
You can unlock more Cooking Recipes in One Lonely Outpost by growing new Crops with Farming. After you've harvested them, you'll start a subsequent day by waking up from a dream about new Recipes.
