Marve's Spider-Man 2 is a direct sequel to 2020's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. The Just Let Go Trophy references the explosive conclusion to that game as well as the science project that Miles and the game's antagonist, Phin, worked on.
The description of the Just Let Go Trophy is
As Miles, find the science trophy Miles and Phin won together
You'll be able to obtain this Trophy as soon as you have access to free-roam as Miles. To visit the science trophy you'll need to be in the Financial District and visit Trinity Church. This is the large Church that you'll find in the middle of the Financial District.
Once you get there hop up onto the back of the main spire. You should see that there is an interact point next to the trophy, a small blue cube.
Once you get close to the trophy you can interact with it as Miles and you'll earn the Just Let Go Trophy.
