Life is Strange: True Colors

Each Life is Strange: True Colors chapter presents you with an opportunity to thoroughly explore areas and engage with interactive objects. Some of these items you find are collectibles, and they'll have a prompt to hold the "L2" button and then press "x" so that Alex can focus on them. This allows her to relive a short memory that someone attached to the item, while subsequently providing you with a trophy or achievement for obtaining it.

There are five of these collectibles in each of Life is Strange: True Colors' five chapters, leading to a total of 25. In this guide, we'll take all the guesswork out and tell you exactly where you can find them.

Life is Strange: True Colors - What do I get for finding all of the collectibles?

Although there's no in-game reward for finding every collectible in Life is Strange: True Colors, you will receive a trophy or achievement for each one you discover.

Life is Strange: True Colors

You'll also earn a trophy or achievement for finding every collectible in a chapter, as well as a final one for rounding up every collectible in the game. That's quite a nice haul for those who hunt these external rewards.

Life is Strange: True Colors - Chapter 1 Memory Collectibles

Memory Collectible #1: Crack

Following the showdown between Gabe and Mac in the apartment, you'll be free to explore a bit. On the wall opposite of the stairs leading up, you'll note a small crack beneath a poster and to the right of an air pump. For finding it, you'll be rewarded with the "Crack" trophy or achievement.

Memory Collectible #2: Riley's Letter

While still in the apartment where you found the last collectible, look for the desk near the bed. You’ll notice a letter called "Riley’s Letter" and interacting with it will earn you the "A Letter to Riley"b trophy or achievement.

Memory Collectible #3: Business Card

Directly after Jed offers you the opportunity to do a bit of work around the bar, walk behind the bar itself and examine the business card near the computer. Doing so will net you the "Business Card" trophy or achievement.

Memory Collectible #4: Helmet

Later in the chapter, you'll visit an abandoned mine in the dark. Before heading in, you'll be in a large area with an old bonfire and skeleton. Look to the left of the entrance to the mine beside some carts to find a helmet on the ground, which will grant you the "Head Count" trophy or achievement.

Memory Collectible #5: Phone

Soon after the previous collectible, you'll enter a building. Once you're done examining Ethan's comic, turn around and take a look at the phone on a wall behind you to get the "Phone" trophy or achievement.
