From some of the team behind the classic Banjo-Kazooie comes Yooka-Laylee, a new 3D platforming game by Playtonic Games.
Yooka-Laylee is a 3D Platformer Collectathon, and is the spiritual successor to Banjo & Kazooie. At the beginning of the game, the protagonists Yooka, a lizard, and Laylee, a bat, are disturbed from their suntanning when golden pages (Pagies) begin to float across the sky and toward the sinister Hivory Towers.
Soon, Yooka and Laylee find themselves in a race to gather all of the Pagies from the Grand Tomes before their sworn enemy Capital B unlocks the secret of the Pagies and tries to convert all of the world's literature into pure profit. Jump through several magical worlds filled with a cast of kooky and memorable characters, and take the fight to Capital B in the Hivory Towers before its too late.
Feature classic platforming gameplay from the late 1990s, Yooka-Laylee is a surefire throwback that old and new fans will enjoy. Yooka-Laylee is available for the PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch.
