Doug Fisher takes the stage at the PC Games show to give some info on Intel's PC software updates.

He starts by talking about the growth of VR, and thanking PC gamers for bringing the innovation to the forefront of the PC gaming world.  He points to the diverse environment for PC gaming to be a major part of the community.

He then goes into new software developments from Intel, the Core 9X and the role of Intel bringing Destiny 2 to the PC.

He then introduces TeftyTeft, a Youtuber and Twitch Streamer who praises the PC version of Destiny 2. He talks about the PC support of 4k, 21: 9 widescreen Ratio and uncapped framerates being part of the PC deal. He also revealed that the game will be optimized for high core count chips, meaning high end PCs will run Destiny 2 incredibly smoothly.

As TeftyTeft attests, "If you have an i9 Extreme, it will be able to take advantage of all those cores."

In terms of performance, TeftyTeft notes that Destiny 2 has excellent mouse and keyboard support, along with all the extras we've come to expect for a modern AAA PC title, especially for high-end PCs that will be running 1440p 144Hz displays.

All of this is also made playable on the E3 show floor, so Destiny 2 is already set for its transition to the PC.

Destiny 2 on the PC was one of the major goals for Bungie, and one of the most requested features to be added to Destiny when it was first released.  Intel's partnership with Bungie is also one of many titles they will be teaming up with, although Destiny 2 took the limelight in terms of the overall presentation.
