Warhammer: Age of Sigmar has quite a bit of news this last week. Pre-orders for the Bonesplitterz faction went live on the Games Workshop site. The Savage Orruk Arrowboys, Morboys, Savage Orruks, Savage Boarboys, Savage Boarboy Maniaks, and Battletome: Bonesplitterz are currently available for pre-order now and will be in stores on July 23rd.

The Season of War summer campaign has gone live. The campaign is scheduled to last throughout August, and the end result will affect the direction of the current Realmgate Wars narrative. The campaign is currently focusing on three cities located in Ghyran, the Realm of Life. As of this writing, Order has a commanding lead in all three cities, with Chaos nipping at their heels in Greywater Fastness and the Living City. Contributions to the various grand alliances can be made simply by playing games at either a Games Workshop store or an independent retailer participating in the campaign.

Forge World had several new releases over the last week. Shar’tor the Executioner is now available for pre-order from the website now, with a general release date scheduled for July 22nd. The warscroll for the model is currently available on the Forge World website.

Knight Models has made the rulebook for their Marvel Universe Miniature Game available for free on their website. Following in the footsteps of nearly every single major wargame currently on the market, Knight Models is giving away the rules needed to play the game, giving players an opportunity to look over how the game functions and plays before parting with your hard-earned hobby dollars. The company has also launched its Sidekick program, the company’s community organizer and leader program similar to Warcors for Infinity or Press Gangers for Warmachine.
