During the finals of the Valorant Masters tournament in Tokyo, Riot Games revealed the cinematic trailer of Valorant's Episode 7.
The trailer focuses on the backstory of Deadlock, the new agent from Sweden that will be introduced when Episode 7 Act 1 "Evolution" launches.
As usual, the cinematic is masterfully done, and we certainly get a sense that Deadlock is tough as nails. You can watch it below. If you want to see her gameplay, you can also check out the trailer released earlier today.
If you're not familiar with Valorant, it's a first-person hero shooter currently available exclusively for PC. If you want to learn more about what's coming for the game, Riot Games recently revealed a new competitive system that is currently being tested before its official debut. Another agent, Gekko, has also been released fairly recently.
Recently, Riot Games made a deal with Microsoft to offer some perks to Game Pass members, including all current Agents, Day-one access to every new Agent as they're released, and 20% Match XP Boost applied to Battlepass, Event Pass, and active Agent Contract progress. That being said, this applies only to PC, and at the moment there has been no word about any release of the game on Xbox.
