Today Titan Forge Games and Hi-Rez Studios revealed a new collaboration between SMITE and the popular VTuber agency VShojo, including skins for four members.
This is the second collaboration with Vshojo following the first in May. It adds a new skin for Mulan portraying Vtuber Zentreya.
On top of Zentreya we also get new "looks" for Ironmouse's skin for Persephone, Kson's skin for Nemesis, and Apricot's skin for Izanami. It's worth mentioning that these are basically just recolors.
It's no surprise that three of the Vtubers included in the first collaboration (Nyanners, Veibae, and Silverdale) have left the agency and had actually made the announcement before the original crossover even happened. It simply was likely too late to remove them.
Once again, Projekt Melody has not been included in the collaboration, which isn't too surprising considering that the game is rated T for Teens and Melody's content definitely isn't for teens.
If you're interested in taking a look at the new skin for Zentreya and the recolor for Ironmouse, Kson, and Apricot, you can check out the trailer below.
It's worth mentioning that Kson has recently made headlines for her participation in the Like a Dragon series.
Not only was she included as a hostess in the recently released Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, but she won the overall audition and will appear as an in-game NPC in the next mainline installment of the series, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
Smite is available for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
As a free-to-play game, you can partake without spending any money, but as usual, there are plenty of microtransactions to partake in, if you're so inclined. These are often fueled by collaborations like the one with Wizards of the Coast's Magic: The Gathering and the crossover with G.I. Joe.
