Microsoft and Bethesda have released a new trailer of the upcoming first-person shooter Redfall by Arkane Austin, focusing on one of its heroes.
We get to know Layla Ellison, one of the characters we can play as we take on the vampire hordes in the game. She certainly appear to have a lot of tools in her toolbox to wreak havoc on her enemies.

Here's how Arkane officially describes Layla.
A biomedical engineering student who interned at an Aevum research facility, where something went very wrong, leaving her with intense telekinetic abilities. Her abilities give you all around versatility – Umbrella is perfectly suited for offense or defense Use Lift to reach rooftops or launch enemies into the air. Then summon Jason to deal devastating damage to nearby enemies
Considering that Layla got her own specific trailer, I imagine we can expect to see similar videos about the other heroes as we get closer and closer to this title's highly-anticipated release.
Redfall will release for PC and Xbox Series X|S on May 2, 2023. Of course, being a first-party game, it'll release on day one on Game Pass for both platforms. We also recently learned that it willsupport cross-play.
