Resident Evil 4 Hexagon Pieces Locations & Solution

As you make your way past the Church by the cemetary, you'll have to make your way over to the lake in Resident Evil 4. After dropping into the caverns under the church, and making your way to the shoreline dock - you'll find a boat with no gas that you'll need to fill up before you can proceed, as well as a Hexagon Puzzle to solve. There are 3 Resident Evil 4 Hexagon pieces for your to find, and here's where they are.

Where to find Resident Evil 4 Hexagon Piece A

This one is fairly easy to find, as its right in your path after meeting the trader beyond the church underbelly. Hexagon Piece A is found in a chest to the right of the stairs that lead you onward to the next area you need to go. One of three down!

Where to find Resident Evil 4 Hexagon Piece B

Above where you find the Hexagon Puzzle, there's a cave entrance that takes you to the Fish Farm where you'll need to get your hands on gasoline for the boat. Head that way, and clear out the area before you go hunting for Hexagon Piece B.

You'll find it nestled behind some of the dock, after going underneath the dock to get at it. We highly recommend you clear out the area first, and make sure you kill any fish and vipers you see in the water - fish are great for health, and vipers are needed for a challenge and make some decent Pesetas!

Where to find Resident Evil 4 Hexagon Piece C

While the first two hexagon pieces are fairly straightforward, Hexagon Piece C isn't as much. You can't acquire this piece until you've crossed the lake. Hexagon Piece C is found in the Small Cave shrine, to the northeast after you get to the boat you can control. You'll run into a puzzle in front of the door to solve.

Small Cave Shrine Door Solution

The solution to open the door in the small cave shrine is to press the following buttons on the radial puzzle:

• Bottom Left
• Bottom Right
• Left

Once you've unlocked the door, turn to the right and you'll find Hexagon Piece C in a small box.

Resident Evil 4 Hexagon Puzzle Solution

With all three hexagon pieces in tow, head back to the boat and over to the dock with the Resident Evil 4 Hexagon Puzzle, and slot all 3 pieces in. The solution is very easy, and just requires two actions:

• Rotate Left Piece Once
• Rotate Top Piece Once
• Note: If you mess up, and can't solve the puzzle, reload your autosave from right before the puzzle start.

Once you've completed the puzzle, the Resident Evil 4 Hexagon Puzzle reward is a Depraved Idol that you can sell to the trader, worth 15,000 Pesetas. Not bad!
