Today Idea Factory International finally announced the Western release window of the Hyperdimension Neptunia spin-off Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution.

The game will launch in North America and Europe for PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch in May 2024. The precise day has not been announced just yet.

It'll be available both physically and digitally and it'll have a limited edition, albeit its content is still a mystery.

Europe and the UK will have a "Day One Edition Dual Pack Plus" only for Nintendo Switch priced at €59.99/£54.99 depending on where you live. It'll include this game, Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters, and an acrylic shikishi.

Speaking of Europe, the game will also include French and Spanish subtitles on top of English. Voiceovers will be provided in both Japanese and English.

The game was announced all the way back in March 2023 and released in Japan in August. The Western release was announced by Idea Factory International in July 2023, so it has taken quite some time to actually get to a release window.

The game is not a mainline Hyperdimension Neptunia title, but one of the series' many spin-offs. It focuses on older Nep as she tries to revive a defunct game studio by creating the best games. It pairs the usual JRPG mechanics fans of the series are used to with management gameplay.

You can also explore dungeons on your motorcycle and use it to enjoy time trial races. The battle system has been revamped with 4-characters parties, chain attacks, and new special attacks.

If you'd like to see more, you can enjoy the original trailer alongside more details, screenshots, and artwork focusing on its characters (including both new and returning heroines) and gameplay mechanics.
