Today Level-5 released another trailer of its upcoming soccer JRPG Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road.
The trailer begins with a look at the anime cutscenes designed by popular studio Mappa. During the cutscenes we also get an introduction to the most relevant characters.
We then take a look at gameplay, including all the new systems and modes that are included in the game.
If you're unfamiliar with Inazuma Eleven, it's a series about soccer, but a very special kind of soccer. There are plenty of anime and fantasy elements included in order to make everything look more epic.
The series debuted in in 2008 and Victory Road is the fourth mainline game under its umbrella. Yet, there are other subseries like Inazuma Eleven Go.
It's also a crosss-media francose, and it has sparked several anime series.

Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road doesn't have a release date just yet, but it'll appear at Tokyo Game Show last weel, so I wouldn't be surprised if we heard more then.
It's coming for PS5, PS4, Switch, iOS, and Android, and was announced all the way back in 2016 and has been safrer a few delays, the plan is to release at some point in 2023.
