We got a glimpse of the much anticipated new IP from BioWare, Anthem. A teaser trailer was shown at the EA press conference with more of the game coming later at the Microsoft press conference. On stage EA said Anthem is vast, dangerous, beautiful and unexpected.
From this trailer it seems humans are protecting themselves from a primitive world outside. A voice over says, "The wall, its our armour, it protects us from what lies beyond."
As this was only a teaser there is still a lot of questions about the game. In the teaser we see a world that looks dangerous with alien creatures roaming the landscape, heavy storms rage over the forest. After, we are shown some futuristic armour, we hang on this as some dramatic music plays.
Anthem seems to be one of the most anticipated games for EA at E3 this year. It's BioWare making a new IP which they haven't done for a while and seems like it could be something very different from the other types of games they have made in the past. More of the game will be shown at the Microsoft Press Conference on June 11.
