Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition post-game dungeons have been revealed as a new feature for this upcoming revival, finally allowing players to continue their adventure
If you haven't quite been keeping up with the latest in Final Fantasy news, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition is a hotly anticipated revival of a GameCube-era game with a mouthful of a title. While the original was exclusive to GameCube, this new version is coming to PS4, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices at the same time.
New details have been coming out for the last few months and now we've learned something wonderful: there will finally be endgame content for players to enjoy after they beat the game.

How Will the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition Work?
Silconera translated a recent Famitsu article which details what players can look forward to. To start, there will be 13 Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition post-game dungeons in all. These will be much more challenging than what's in the base game, so they definitely aren't for the faint of heart.
New challenges also mean new loot — and new powers. Players can score new equipment recipes that weren't in the original game. Additionally, powerful "Crystal Memories" will allow you to use some moves that are restricted to bosses in the base game. If Squeenix is giving you that much power, then this is hinting at some seriously difficult content.
That's not all, mind — we've also heard our first hints about post-launch DLC. Thankfully, it sounds like it's going to be a purely cosmetic feature that will let you make the game's characters look like other heroes from the Crystal Chronicles series.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition is launching for PS4, Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS on August 27, 2020. For now, you can put in a PS4 pre-order or otherwise keep up with the game's developments on its official website.
