Gearbox announced the Borderlands 3 roadmap for Spring 2020 and that the next campaign add-on for Borderlands 3 will be Guns, Love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright & Hammerlock at PAX East. The DLC will come right on the heels of Borderlands 3's launch on Steam on March 13.
On March 26 players will be able to head to new planet Xylourgos in order to attend the engagement party for Sir Alistair Hammerlock and Wainwright Jakobs. The ice planet of Xylourgos is chock full of dangerous wildlife and the creepy town of Cursehaven that sits under the corpse of a giant monster. The wedding planner for the couple is none other than genius Mechromancer Gaige from Borderlands 2's DLC. After the couple get caught up with an occult group that worships the giant monster corpse it's up to the Vault Hunters to fight off the Lovecraftian monstrosities to make sure the wedding goes off without a hitch. The DLC will be packed with new loot, Class Mods, Legendary weapons, Vault Hunter cosmetics, vehicle skins, and room decorations. Guns, Love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright & Hammerlock is included in the Borderlands 3 Season Pass and the Super Deluxe Edition of the game.
