Developer Game Science and Nvidia released a brand new gameplay video of the upcoming action RPG Black Myth: Wukong.
The video shows two spectacular boss battles. The first is against a humanoid tiger, while the second focuses on a massive skeletal demon-like thing. Don't ask me what it is, I'm just the messenger. Yet, it does look cool.
Coming from Nvidia, the gameplay is rendered with 4K output using DLSS 3 technology. It certainly looks very good considering the speed of the action.
You can watch it for yourself below.
Black Myth: Wukong will release for PC and "current generation consoles" in the summer of 2024. I'd say it's pretty safe to assume PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, albeit no official announcement has been made on this.
The game will be featured tomorrow evening at Gamescom's Opening Night Live show, and we might learn more then. Of course, whatever is announced or showcased, you can expect to find a report here on TechRaptor when it happens.
It's an action-adventure RPG that has created a lot of buzz since its original showcase in 2020. The original promotion was mostly intended to attract talented developers to work for Game Science, but it certainly also attracted the interest of many gamers around the world that have been waiting to see more.
If you'd like to see more, you can take a look at a rather cute promotional video from earlier this year, which accompanied the summer 2024 release announcement.
