Our House Flipper Tools Guide will tell you how Tools work, what every Tool in the game does, and how to unlock all of the Tools in the game!

As the name implies, House Flipper is a game that's all about flipping houses for profit. After you've got the basics down, you'll move on to improving your Perks and learning how to Build what your customers need. Tools are an essential part of your business -- read on to learn more about them!

How House Flipper Tools Work

House Flipper Tools are used to complete the various cleaning and construction tasks that you will experience throughout the game. You'll always have the Tools you need in order to complete a particular Job, but you may have an easier time using them by upgrading them with Perks.

Many of the Tools are tied to a specific DLC. The Apocalypse DLC, Garden DLC, and Farm DLC all have unique Tools that you can only unlock by completing missions in those DLCs.

I strongly advise that you focus on completing the necessary Jobs to unlock all of the Tools before you start trying to flip houses. You'll want to have the ability to reconfigure and clean up a house so you can make the most profit!
