Best Animal to Buy | Animals List
House Flipper Animals are a newly introduced mechanic in the Farm DLC. Unlike Pets, Farm animals can actually be used to earn money and further fuel the Building of new houses with fancy Rooms.
How House Flipper Animals Work
House Flipper Animals don't require a lot of maintenance. You need to provide food and water for them; otherwise, you can harvest something from them every day that you can sell for a profit (with the exception of the Horse).
Animals can roam freely around the property. However, it's a good idea to keep them in barns or fenced areas to prevent them from wandering too far away and making it difficult to collect produce from them like Milk and Wool.
Unfortunately, we haven't quite figured out how to collect Eggs from Chickens just yet. Even so, they're not very profitable animals and you can make much more money by investing in other Animals instead.
How to Unlock Farm Animals in House Flipper
You can unlock farm Animals in House Flipper by completing 5 standard Jobs -- this will unlock the Farm DLC Jobs and give you access to your first Animals.
Best Animal to Buy in House Flipper
The best animal to buy in House Flipper is the Alpaca. Its wool makes a hefty profit, allowing you to pay off the average cost of this animal in only 9 days. After that, you'll be able to earn a lot of money every day!
