THQ Nordic and Frozenbyte have released a new Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy trailer showing off the skills of Zoya the Thief.

We've already gotten a look at what Pontius the Knight can do with his sword and shield, but now it's time for a more refined class of "entrepreneur" to show off her abilities.

As the new trailer begins, Zoya is, as you might expect, breaking into a house by leaping into a rooftop window. We then get to see her showing off the kind of skills you'll be able to use in Trine 5.

These include attaching her rope to grapple points in order to swing across chasms, as well as using it to pull platforms and objects into advantageous positions.

Zoya's rope can also be attached to two objects to serve as a makeshift rope, so you'll have plenty of options when it comes to creative puzzle solutions.

Naturally, since Zoya is a skilled infiltrator, she also comes equipped with a bow, which can be charged with elemental arrows that have a range of different effects.

Her ice arrows, for instance, can help her across electrified water by creating frozen platforms on which she can stand, and she can use fire arrows to light torches and illuminate dark spaces.

Zoya's Ricoshot Arrows, meanwhile, can be bounced off surfaces at angles, while her Sticky Bombs can help her in combat by creating an explosive that can be thrown underneath enemies with large shields, for instance.

We also get to see Zoya's Thief's Aide accessory, which creates a bespoke grapple point, as well as the Fox Rope, which gives Zoya access to a teleport as long as she can attach the rope to a visible surface.

Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy was announced for PC and consoles back in April. It's due to land on August 31st.
