Teyon and Nacon have released a RoboCop: Rogue City New Game Plus update that allows you to jump into Old Detroit all over again.

The game, which was released back in November, now allows you to start an entirely new journey with all previously unlocked skills and Auto-9 upgrades, according to a new Steam post.

All you need to do if you want to jump into New Game Plus is finish the game after applying the update. Saves made just before completion will work fine, so just sit through the ending again and you're golden.

Don't worry; you've got as long as you like to comply with this update.

You'll also get access to a new golden skin for the Auto-9 if you beat the game, so you can use that in New Game Plus.

That's not all that's coming in this update, though; RoboCop: Rogue City also has a brand new difficulty level on offer for you to try.

The new "There Will Be Trouble" difficulty mode makes enemies tougher, putting your unkillable robotic cop to the test. Make sure to give it a shot if you think Rogue City is too easy.

As well as the above, the new update also brings new chips and boards for the Auto-9, and you're also getting a few bug fixes to smooth out RoboCop's quest for justice.

If you're not familiar with RoboCop: Rogue City, it's a third-person shooter in which you play as - you guessed it - RoboCop.

The game is set between the storylines of the second and third RoboCop movies and sees RoboCop investigating a conspiracy that threatens to overwhelm the relative piece of Old Detroit.

In his review of the game, our very own Giaco Furino praised its faithfulness to the tone of the original RoboCop, as well as its "thoughtful, surprising, and thorough" detective gameplay.

You can grab RoboCop: Rogue City right now for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. A version of the game for Nintendo Switch was also originally planned, but was subsequently canceled.
