Today Bushiroad has fully revealed RearSekai, the next game by well-known Rune Factory creator Yoshifumi Hashimoto.
The game, which was announced back in January, will release in Japan exclusively for Nintendo Switch on October 12, 2023.
It's an action JRPG with deep customization and elements that will be familiar to fans of Hashimoto-san's games. specifically, you can interact with NPCs in the village and improve your bonds with them with gifts and by helping them. If the bond becomes deep enough, it can develop into love. Of course, you can play as either a male or a female protagonist.
The protagonist visits the village of Ellentaros in Melvania, interacting with its resident and setting out on adventures to help them out. However, they wake up surrounded by light and they find themselves suddenly in another world, or is it actually the real world? The player will have to discover the mystery of these two worlds.
More information about the game will be shared during a presentation of Bushiroad's titles on July 27. An English release has not been revealed just yet, but Bushiroad has been quite active in its goal to release games in the West, so there is certainly hope
Alongside the announcement, we also get a trailer with the opening cutscene and song "All is Mind!" performed by Asaka, alongside a commercial showing a bit of gameplay.
