The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel Ordine Goodsmile Company

If you're familiar with the Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series, you likely know that it has some really beautiful mecha, and a new model kit is now up for preorders.

Good Smile Company finally launched reservations for its Ordine the Azure Knight plastic model kit, and you can find it on its American and Japanese stores for $54.99 and 7,500 yen respectively.

The divine knight piloted by Crow Armbrust was announced back in January as part of the Moderoid brand, and it's finally time to put a pin on it.

On top of Ordine, the previously released Valimar the Ashen Knight piloted by hero Rean Schwarzer is getting a reprint and is available for preorders as well on the American and Japanese stores for $47.99 and 6,500 yen respectively.

Both models will release in December 2023 in Japan, while those who order from the American store will have to wait until Q1 2024.

Here's what you can expect from Ordine's model.

  • The model stands at approximately 170mm (6.69in) in height and features several points of articulation.
  • Its double-bladed sword is included. Create action-packed poses from the game in plastic model form.
  • Jewels located across the mecha are created with translucent parts.
  • Head part is pre-painted.

Below you can check out a trailer (and a picture for Valimar). If you're interested in the series, you can read our preview of the upcoming (in the west) sequel The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie.
