Nintendo has released three more SNES and Super Famicom games for the Nintendo Switch Online library, and two of them have never been released outside of Japan before.

Your first game is the quirky fighter Amazing Hebereke. The top-down fighting game is part of the Hebereke series, which also contains the Ufouria: The Saga games, and it's never seen the light of day outside Japan.

If you're a fan of games like Party Animals and want to play something similar with a little more old-school retro charm to it, then it looks like Amazing Hebereke will be right up your street.

Another game being added to the Nintendo Switch Online library today is Wrecking Crew '98, a sequel to the 1984 arcade classic.

Like Amazing Hebereke, this one hasn't been released outside Japan before either. It features gameplay very similar to the first title, but with a few updates to modernize it a little.

As the name suggests, Wrecking Crew '98 was also released relatively late into the SNES' lifespan, launching in Japan just two years before the release of Metal Slader Glory: Director's Cut, the final SNES game to grace the machine's library.

Finally, the third Nintendo Switch Online game being added to the lineup today is Super R-Type, a classic side-scrolling shooter.

Unlike the first two, this one has been released outside of Japan already, but this re-release provides an excellent opportunity to go back to one of the most addictive space shooters the SNES has to offer.

All three of these games can be enjoyed right now if you're a Switch Online subscriber, and unlike Game Boy Advance and Nintendo 64 games, you won't need to pick up the extra Expansion Pack to enjoy them.

You can grab a Nintendo Switch Online membership via the Nintendo eShop on your Switch if you're not already a member. Watch this space for more on all things Nintendo.
