Two brand new Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC packs have translocated onto digital storefronts, one of which is available right now. Collectively, the packs are called Hero of Justice, and they add brand new characters, missions, and more to the game. The first part of the DLC is out now, and the second is coming "soon", according to Bandai Namco.

It's all go in the Dragon Ball world right now, with Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot heading to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S next year and the recent Fortnite crossover that inspired so much rage thanks to the Kamehameha attack. These latest Xenoverse 2 DLC packs should help to augment that Dragon Ball fever further, as they're adding some iconic characters to the game.

First up, Pack 1 of the Hero of Justice DLC adds three new characters: Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero version of Gohan. You're also getting four extra quests to take on, as well as extra costumes for Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 in case you want to switch up their aesthetics.

If you prefer Gamma 1 and Gamma 2's alternate looks, there are costumes in the new Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC to provide for that.

As well as all this, you'll find 7 additional skills to get to grips with, new loading screen illustrations starring characters like Gohan and Broly, and new accessories. It's a sizable injection of new content for the game, and the best part is that Bandai Namco isn't even done yet; another pack is on the way soon.

The trailer showing off the first pack of the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Hero of Justice DLC also contains a teaser for the second pack, teasing what appears to be Orange Piccolo, once again from the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie. We don't yet know when that pack will be released, though, so you might have to wait a while. In the meantime, you can pick up Xenoverse 2 and its DLC on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox consoles, and Nintendo Switch.
