The Metro Exodus PC specs have been revealed. If you're aiming to pick up this latest entry in the Metro 2033 series of games on the PC, you're going to need to have a decent machine to run it. Thankfully, you won't have to get too crazy in order to run this latest title from 4A games.

The Metro 2033 games have always been known for pushing the boundaries when it comes to graphics and this newest game in the franchise will be no exception. Thankfully, you'll be able to get a decent amount of performance in 1080p as long as you have a GTX 1070 or its equivalent. Unfortunately, it appears that a majority of the game's interesting graphical features are dependent on software technologies that are present only in Windows 10. Thankfully, this will provide an additional layer of immersion into the game as anyone who has used Windows 10 feels the same kind of despair as the survivor of a post-apocalyptic wasteland.

If you're just out to run the game in 1080p at a stable 60 FPS, you'll be able to manage that with a GTX 1070. Loftier resolutions are going to require beefier cards. As with previous Metro games, this will be a fine opportunity to put the latest and greatest hardware to use for all the mad lads who own an RTX 2080 Ti.

Be sure to check out our hands-on preview of the game to get a feel for what's to come. Metro Exodus launches for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on February 15, 2019.
