Today Sega revealed more details about one of the minigames that will appear in its upcoming JRPG Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
Specifically, we hear about three well-known ladies who will be featured as possible matches for Ichiban Kasuga, allowing the player to interact with them in the game.
Ichiban will have to chat with them and try to make them happy with his conversational skills. If he manages to impress them, he'll be able to go on a date with them. Going on these dates will improve his interpersonal skills.
Specifically, we'll get to meet influencer and cosplayer Sophie, also known as PeachMilky Cosplay. The second possible match is gravure model, talent, and DJ Naomi Mashima. The third is gravure model, singer, and dancer Lin Shan.
The presence of this kind of slightly spicy (but still well within the confines of what can be published on consoles with an M rating) shouldn't be surprising considering the mostly adult target for the Yakuza series, which has always led to the inclusion of this kind of element, albeit not all regional arms of Sega will showcase it openly in their marketing.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth will be released by Sega in two days, on January 26, 2024, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you'd like to know whether the game is worth a purchase, you can read our review, which awarded it with an 8 out of 10.
While the industry seems to be moving toward digital downloads, Sega is still offering physical copies of this game, and you can still pre-order one on Amazon.
We also recently got a trailer showing off the two jobs that you can unlock by pre-ordering the game and another showcasing the opening cutscene, in which Ichiban Kasuga is portrayed living a normal life in Yokohama after the events of Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
More trailers introduce the whole main cast, while a large batch of footage showcases more gameplay for your perusal.
