From Software has had consistent success from Demon's Souls to the recent Elden Ring, and now they need help on something new. Though the dev team claims that their next title is almost ready, they've also started reaching out to new devs to help with other planned games. Though the upcoming releases have yet to be revealed, it's clear that the studio is looking to expand its staff.

As can be plainly seen in From Software's catalog, the studio is known for making complex and graphically demanding experiences. While they may experience technical issues here and there, their Soulsborne games have gained fame for their design and an incredible degree of challenge. As such, a lot of time and manpower is necessary to make sure these types of games are functional which is why From Software has started recruiting. Their next game is said to be in the final stages of development, but already the studio is planning multiple future titles and has already posted listings for multiple positions across the various projects.
While their next game to be released has yet to be revealed, the From Software devs have discussed their ideas for upcoming titles. One that stands out for which they are currently recruiting is a potential follow-up to their mech game Armored Core. Having been released in 1997, it's one of the oldest games in From Software's history and would be a significant shift from the games they've focused on this past decade. There's also the possibility of the studio producing another VR with the development of the PSVR 2. Whether this would be connected or separate to their 2018 VR game Deracine is unknown.
