Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition, a bundled package of the core game, all of its DLC, and all of the latest updates, will be available on September 26, 2017, according to a news post on Bethesda's website.
The package will contain the base game Fallout 4, all official game expansions (whether they're the fun toys of Wasteland Workshop or the story-driven island of Far Harbor), graphical upgrades, and all patches & content upgrades for the game. Over the course of the game's release, several free updates (such as the creation of Survival Mode) have been launched to all owners of the game regardless of the DLC they own.
In addition to the base package, a limited number of special Pip Boy editions will be available exclusively at a selection of North American retailers. Retailing for $99.99, it will include everything in the Game of the Year Edition along with a wearable Pip Boy, a Pip Boy pocket guide, and a Vault-Tech Perk poster. A Pip Boy edition was only available for a limited time at the launch of the game. ThinkGeek later released a limited run of 5,000 Bluetooth-equipped Pip Boys, but they were different from the version showcased here.
If you don't yet own the game, Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition would make for an awfully convenient way to pick it all up in one fell swoop. However, do keep in mind that that's not the only Fallout content coming as the Holidays get nearer: Fallout 4 VR will be landing on PC via Steam for the HTC Vive. Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition launches on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on September 26, 2017.
