Toaday Activision revealed what PC gamers can expect from the upcoming Call of Duty game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
The game will be available both on Steam and Battle.net, and it'll support up to 4K resolution with ultra-wide aspect ratio. It'll also have over 500 customization options on PC. You can expect to spend quite a lot of time tweaking bars and sliders on that menu.
It'll support Nvidia DLSS 3 and Nvidia Reflex and it'll feature the "Ricochet" anti-cheat suite
Hilariously, the trailer accompanying the news is labeled "PC launch trailer" in its thumbnail, and we're pretty much a months from the game's launch on PC (or any other platform). Activision always seems to have issues with identifying a game's "Launch" window in terms of trailers.
Incidentally, we do read that all footage was captured on a Nvidia RTX-powered PC. You'll find all the shooting, explosions, and mayhem as you may expect from COD game.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 releases on November 10 for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One. So much for the "launch" trailer.
That being said, you can learn a lot more about the game's multiplayer options (including Warzone, Zombies, and classic multiplayer) in our dedicated article from a few days ago.
It's worth mentioning that Microsoft and Activision have no plan to release Modern Warfare 3 on Game Pass before next year, regardless of whether they manage to consummate the acquisition that seems to be close to a resolution, at least for now.
