The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth Repentance update is a big one. How big? Well, fans have been waiting for it for quite a while now, with the last big update dropping back in March. So, what does this The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth Repentance update add? Well, as the biggest update since its release back in March 2021, highlights include C Section fetuses now only dealing 75% damage every 10 frames and Lil Dumpy now has a secondary larger detection radius. Due to this, it can be randomly triggered from nearby enemy projectiles, which is pretty cool.

Other changes include Glowing Hourglass having no cooldown, but it can only be used three times per floor. That should shake things up a bit as now you have to pick and choose when to use it. Another big change has Cain's Other Eye now following Isaac and copying all tear modifiers and stats. Interestingly, it shoots in random directions and has had its damage reduced by 25%, which should also shake up the meta a bit.

Say what you will about the grim art style, but it's very distinctive.

If you're a Black Bean enjoyer, you should know that they now fart multiple times and leave poisonous gas clouds behind them, just like in real life. Smaller changes include the Greed mode button not dealing damage in Lost form, and less powerful items, trinkets, and cards such as The Moon in Greed Mode have been fixed. Ultra Greed will no longer be stuck in his dash state forever anymore, which should definitely come as a relief to some of you.

Last but not least is today's daily run. Since today is G-Fuel day, the dev team has put together a new run inspired by the Isaac G-Fuel that began accepting pre-orders a week and a half ago. The run is only up for today, so if you're interested be sure to check it out while you can.
