Atari has launched their Atari casino website, which will utilize their own cryptocurrency for people to play online. This cannot possibly go wrong.

Alright, so I bet you have at least one question. Why? Good question; great, even. Let's ask Atari themselves. Why Atari Casino?:

Our dedicated Atari Casino team aims to provide our users with the best online casino experience to date. With a collection of all the best Atari games, along with the most popular classic casino games, Atari Casino represents the perfect place to lay back, have fun and win big. The stakes are adjustable for each player so you can always find a table and game that’s right for you. With great fun come great and valuable prizes. With plenty to enjoy, visit the Atari Casino today and enjoy all the fun and rewards it has to offer!

Atari boasts that due to Cryptocurrency, "anyone can gamble anywhere", which means that it's a "huge advantage" for their players. Cryptocurrency also means faster payouts because crypto transactions are much faster than bank transfers, and that because there are bigger limits to crypto, so Atari can bankrupt you faster when you spend much more money then you can afford.

OK, maybe not that last bit, but it's the thought that counts, right?

Games include regular casino games such as roulette and blackjack, slots and jackpots, live casino table games (where Atari will be live streaming the tables), and the "Atari Special", where players will play games "where skill play [sic] a big role".

Quick Take:

This is so Atari. I love it. This is going to blow up in their faces so fast and I'll be right there with a chair and popcorn when it does. Why Atari ever thought this would be a good idea is beyond me. It's going to be great fun to see Atari lose money on something yet again because they are so laughably clueless.
