Bethesda published an infographic today that displayed massive numbers for the first active month of their new mobile game, Fallout Shelter. The most eye catching of these numbers showed more than 1 billion total game sessions had been made in Fallout Shelter. These numbers are merely for the iOS launch during the game's debut month.

Fallout fans created more than 85.3 million vaults in the game's first month as well. Nearly 82 million babies were born, and more than 29 million hours of the game had been played. All on a single OS, as the game didn't release on Android until just last week!

Other data included in the infographic revealed more than 20 million Dwellers died exploring the wasteland, while more than 119 million fires were started. Well over 118 million Radroach infestations had to be dealt with, and more than 41 million Raiders attacks were staged on players vaults.

There are double the number of android users to iOS users, meaning when data releases for the first month that game had been made available on Android, we could see an even greater jaw dropping number.

Techraptor reviewed Fallout Shelter for the iOS, giving it a 5 out of 10 for it's depiction of the Fallout universe. Fallout Shelter recent launch on Android has seen users reporting a data corruption bug causing game crashes and wiped save files.

Bethesda announced Fallout Shelter during their E3 conference back in June. Todd Howard, the director behind Fallout 3, Fallout 4, and Fallout Shelter, revealed the game sandwiched between a massive presentation on the upcoming Fallout 4. Howard declared that while Fallout Shelter would be free-to-play, it would not contain paywall timers or require an internet connection. Players can buy lunch boxes containing loot, but can earn them in-game if they wish. Also announced during the conference, Bethesda showed the Fallout 4 Collectors Edition Pipboy accessory, which can fit a cell phone inside and can be used like the Pipboy's found in the Fallout universe. Players will be able to check on their in game status using a free app, and the Pipboy isn't required for it.
