Reynatis tells the story of Marin, a young man seeking freedom through power, and Sari, an officer of an organization named MEA that endeavors to keep magic users under control. They will have to struggle in a conflict between freedom and order.
It's set in a painstakingly reproduced version of the famous Shibuya ward of Tokyo, with many recognizable landmarks and stores, yet magic exists and wizards have to hide because they're feared by the general population and oppressed.
The scenario is written by Kazushige Nojima, writer of many Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts games. The music is composed by Yoko Shimomura, also known for her work on the same series among many other beloved games.
The character design is by illustrator Yasutaka Kaburagi, while TAKUMI will cover the role of creative producer.
