Ikai is a return to the more psychological aspects of the horror genre, from indie developer Endflame
Play as the priestess Naoko, from an isolated Japanese village, who must face unseen horrors never viewed before as her sacred shrine is overcome by monsters. All of Ikai is the first person from Naoko's perspective and features a heavy dose of feudal Japanese style and shinto beliefs as you encounter yokai and other monsters. As Naoko, you must draw protective seals over the creatures to contain them, solve puzzles for more resources, and know when to hide in the shadows and run away, before it's too late.
Ikai is available for the PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
