Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is a JRPG that takes on a more modern approach to a classic genre. Players will follow the storyline as whatever character they so choose, and there are plenty to choose from, as the game features over 100 playable characters.
The story begins in a place called Allraan, which is filled to the brim with thriving diverse cultures that all share different values. The humans, beastmen, elves, and desert people who live there have either formed alliances with one another or have gone to war, and it will be up to us as players to try to reunite these nations once more. As we scour the lands in search of an ancient artifact that holds extremely potent magical power, we realize that maybe all is not as it seems, and the only answer to our questions lies wherever this "Rune-Lens" calls home.
