Cocoon is a puzzle adventure game developed by Geometric Interactive and published by Annapurna Interactive. It launched on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on Sept. 29, 2023.
Led by Jeppe Carlsen, known for his work on LIMBO and Inside, Geometric Interactive's debut release of Cocoon puts players in the shoes of a bug creature in a cosmic universe. The protagonist carries different colored orbs that are used to solve puzzles, but the orbs themselves are also worlds the player can enter.
By juggling these powers and worlds, the player has to solve puzzles by bringing orbs into and out of each other. Over the course of roughly four to six hours, the player has the uncover the truth of this universe by solving puzzles, defeating guardians, and unraveling the worlds around them.
