Maid of Sker Details
A brand new survival horror game from Wales Interactive, Maid of Sker is heavily based on British Folklore.
Set in a remote hotel with a bloody past, you are armed with only a sound device that can protect you from an abundant of horrific creatures. Players must utilise stealth tactics to avoid death amongst a cult of sound-based AI enemies, and use their skills to avoid being detected, or die trying!
Maid of Sker borrow heavily from gothic and British horror in it's sound design, along with a narrative based on Welsh folklore. To go with the themes, several Welsh hymns were also adapted into the game, given a horrific makeover to add atmosphere to the world around you.
Maid of Sker is available for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, with a release coming for the Nintendo Switch.
