As announced at The Game Awards 2019 - Fortnite put together a special Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker event for players of the game. This Star Wars Fortnite event showed off a lot of incredible aspects to an in-game event, and included both J.J. Abrams and Geoff Keighley live leading up to the release of the Fortnite Exclusive first look at a clip from the new movie. There was even a little surprise for players after the clip!
We had the opportunity to hop into the game and watch this whole Fortnite Star Wars event unfold, and it was certainly something both the movie and gaming industry have never seen before.
