Gaming article by Andrew Stretch on June 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM

Welcome to Shoestring Gaming, the weekly segment where we do what we can to highlight some great games for some even better prices. This week on Shoestring we'll be highlighting some of the fantastic sales that are going on over at GoG and Steam, as well as giving you a sneak peek at some upcoming deals on LEGO titles over at the TechRaptor GameFanShop.

GoG is still having their big summer sale, with rotating deals giving you two chances per day to get fantastic deals across a variety of different games and genres. If you want to learn more about how the sale will work, then be sure to check out last week's Shoestring Gaming.

Continuing with the sales front, it is rumored, and most likely true, that this afternoon the Steam summer sales will begin, so be sure to lock up your wallets because it's going to hurt. Amazon is also having a summer video game sale at the moment with plenty of big games for you to look through.

Lego Pirates of the Carribean
Set sail on the high seas as you relive the story from the first four movies in Lego form!

Moving onto some single deals for the week over at the TechRaptor GameFanShop with plenty of LEGO games including Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, Indiana Jones 2, Star Wars III: The Clone Wars and Star Wars The Complete Saga. The LEGO games are immediately a recommend as you get to see a whole world you already know and love through a completely different lens with added comedy that only TT games is able to pull off. These games are between 20% to 50% off and are fun to play on your own or have a friend drop in which is as easy as pressing a button.

What do you think of this weeks deals? Are you excited for all of the steam sales to begin? What is one game you really wish was having a big sale right now?
