If you're a cost-conscious tabletop RPG fan, then you might want to take a look at the latest tabletop offering from Humble Bundle. The Starfinder Beginner Box Humble Bundle offers customers the chance to nab content from Paizo's Starfinder tabletop RPG at a huge discount with some of the proceeds supporting ComicBooks For Kids!, a charity that provides kid-friendly comic and coloring books to hospitals and cancer centers across America.
As with most bundles, customers can choose the amount of money they wish to pay with different tiers of rewards unlocking at certain price brackets. Here, there are distinct $5, $15, $30 and $50 tiers - with each higher tier containing all of the items from the previous tiers on top of their additional content. The individual tiers can be broken down as follows:
For $5, you can grab a total of twelve items. This includes PDF copies of the Starfinder rulebook, the game's character folio and three distinct scenarios. It also comes with four printable flip-mats and the first volume of the Dawn of Flame adventure path.
At the $20 tier, in addition to all the previous rewards, you can find PDF copies of the Starfinder Alien Archive (which contains details of the world's alien creatures in addition to some new rules and ways to play), an illustrated GM screen, two more volumes of Dawn of Flame and five more printable flip-mats.
If you're willing to part with $30, you gain the addition of PDF copies of the Starfinder Beginner Box, Starfinder Pact Worlds, two more scenarios to try and three more flip-mats. You also get the last three volumes of Dawn of Flame, making this tier exactly what you need if you want to get your hands on the complete adventure path.
The final $50 iteration of the bundle stands out as it introduces physical rewards into the mix. On top of all the downloadable items contained in the previous tiers, customers will be shipped the physical Starfinder Beginner Box and a hardcover copy of Pact Worlds (which was included in the $30 as a PDF). If you're new to Starfinder but want everything you need to give it a go, this is the tier for you.
It's also worth noting that shipping is not included with that $50 price tag, with Humble estimating that the majority of domestic (United States) orders will cost roughly $17-20 to ship. For international orders, the cost is a lot higher with estimates suggesting a $43-65 price point. Still, even factoring in shipping costs this bundle is a massive saving with the total value of items included coming to $422.
