After nearly three years of Early Access, we finally have the Session: Skate Sim release date: September 22, 2022 on Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. A bunch of new additions will be included in the full release (V1) while four features have been cut, although there's a possibility that they will return in a future update down the line. Let's get into it, shall we?

What's in the full Session: Skate Sim release?

For you achievement hunters out there, they're ready to go for the full release, which is great. Ragdoll slams have also been integrated, along with a physical animation rework. The third and final city for V1 is in the game and fully playable, and there's a Transit System network with updates bus routes and stations updates as well. Powerslides will allow players to fully transition through stances and transfer their weight, which is pretty cool. The translations for the game has also begun, and the user interface for art and layout has also been overhauled, which is great because a bad HUD can thoroughly tarnish a gameplay experience.

For those not in the know and are curious due to the Session: Skate Sim release date, the title invites players to live the 1990's skateboarding life. The two main features are the realistic physics and the "True Stance Stick". With the True Stance Stick, players will control their feet with each stick. Just like in real life, players will have to practice how to control their board and how to do the different stunts available in the game. If you capture a really good stunt, you'll be able to use the integrated editing tool to immortalize your incredible Kickflip.
