Samurai Jack is back in a new adventure with old friends and you're going to be able to play it very soon — the Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time release date has been locked in for next month.

In Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time, the titular samurai gets sucked into a new adventure. Team up with allies from previous adventures against evil monsters and the demonic entity Aku across space and time.
This newest title from Soleil Ltd. and Adult Swim Games will make the transition from 2D to 3D and feature some great platforming and combat action. Players can learn to use more than a dozen different weapons in their fight against the darkness alongside a number of skills to develop your own style of combat.
Best of all, this throwback to a Cartoon Network classic won't be voiced by just anyone — the show's original voice acting cast has returned to reprise their roles!
When Is the Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time Release Date?
If you grew up watching stuff like Samurai Jack, this game will probably be a ton of fun for you. When can you play it?
You'll have to wait just one month to get your hands on this upcoming game: the Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time release date is August 21, 2020. This new game will be launching at $39.99 or your regional equivalent. Strangely, the trailer's end card notes that this game will be coming to both the Epic Games Store and Steam, and it doesn't seem like it's going to be an Epic Games Store exclusive at launch.
Unfortunately, pre-order and store pages aren't up everywhere just yet; for now, you can check it out on the Nintendo eShop or add Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time on your wishlist on Steam. You can also learn more about this upcoming game on its official website.
