Paradox Interactive appears to be about to reveal something mysterious next week.
The reveal is scheduled for September 22 via a video on YouTube.
At the moment, we don't know much besides what we can see, an image with three question marks and a series of panels that could represent t eras.
The first panel appears to focus on prehistory, portraying an ancient man, whole the other six panels are blurred.
That might identify the reveal as a possible Civilization-like title, but your guess is as good as mine. I certainly wouldn't say no to a good Civilization competitor, especially one from a developer with Paradox's expertise,
If you're unfamiliar with Paradox Interactive, tne Swedish developer is mostly known for its strategy games, including the Crusader Kings series, the Europa Universalis series, the Victoria series, and the Hearts of Iron series.
That being said, they also explore other genres with games like Life by You, Prison Architect, Cities: Skylines 2, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, and many more.
While the premiere date of the title falls within Tokyo Game Show, I seriously doubt it's actually related.
