If you're unfamiliar with Game Pass, it provides access to a large catalog of games for a monthly fee, with titles being added periodically, while at times existing games are removed as the agreement with the publisher ends.
The Game Pass Ultimate version of the service also includes an Xbox Live Gold subscription that provides access to multiplayer on consoles, on top of Microsoft's relatively new cloud gaming service. A few countries have access to a Family & Friends version of the service which provides access to up to five people at a discounted price, but that has not been made widely available just yet.
